Mikaela Meade joined The Lyons Den Solutions team fall of 2020 as an Executive Assistant. Outside of work, Mikaela enjoys walking her dogs and spending time playing card games with her friends and family. She loves trying out new restaurants, as well as drinking a good chai latte.
Bookkeeper, Tim Pipkin, has been providing Lyons Den Solutions with his extraordinary skills since 2018. A graduate from Southeastern University, in Lakeland Florida, Tim serves as Lead Pastor for his local church in Missouri, enjoys experiencing different cultures, gardening and outdoor activities.
A member of the Lyons Den Solutions team since 2018, Eddie McDonnell is the Operations Coordinator on staff. When Eddie is not working, he enjoys spending as much time as possible with his family participating in church programs, dinners and family vacations. A fan of hockey and US history, Eddie enjoys reading and anything fitness related in his spare time.
Tori Lyons is a Media Coordinator at Lyons Den Solutions and has been with the company since 2019. Tori has graduated from West Coast Bible College and is virtually pursing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology – Field Of StudyApplication & Database Development at Liberty University. Tori lives in Winter Haven, Florida with her family and two cats. Tori is an avid gamer and Twitch live-streamer.
Co-Founder
Experienced co-founder with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit organization management industry. Skilled in event planning/decorating/hosting, copy writing, retail, public speaking, event management, and women’s ministry. Strong marketing professional attended Southeastern University.
Amber Theriault has been with Lyons Den Solutions since 2019. One of the newest members of the team, Amber works in our marketing department as a Marketing Assistant. The oldest of 7 kids, and a mom to two boys with her first girl on the way, Amber loves celebrating birthdays and special events for her large family and friends in big ways. After starting a family of her own, Amber has found a love of gardening and has developed a green thumb and enjoys juicing fresh fruits and vegetables daily.
Katrina Belk, and her husband Joel, are expecting their first child in December of 2020. A member of the Lyons Den Solutions family since 2017, Katrina serves as a Marketing Associate. A graduate with a Master’s Degree from Azusa Pacific University, when Katrina is not honing her skills in the marketing world, you can find her watching baseball, enjoying a surplus of In-n-Out, or grabbing a cup of coffee and catching up with a friend.
Sadie Montanus graduated from Florida State University in 2014 and has since held a variety of impressive roles before joining Lyons Den Solutions as the Education Manager. A trained classical pianist, Sadie has a small studio where she teaches 15 kids. Sadie is passionate about connecting food with culture, has taken cooking classes all over the world, and aspires to teach others how to cook the foods she has loved learning about. Sadie is currently studying French with goals of being fluent in the next few years.
When she is not answering to “Mama,” Chloe Hall is hard at work as the Marketing Manager for Lyons Den Solutions. With the team since 2018, Chloe oversees all of the marketing components associated with Lyons Den and our clients. Currently living in the Tampa Bay area of Florida, Chloe enjoys baking and cooking as well as playing board games with family and friends.
Derek Cole graduated from Ohio Valley University (OVU) with a degree in Psychology but soon realized his true passion was in graphic design. He spent his next 15 years working as a designer in the university’s marketing department before joining Lyons Den Solutions as the Director of Brand Development. Derek has officially been with the company since 2018, although he had been doing freelance work with Kevin over four years prior. After marrying his wonderful wife Kammi in 2004, they have welcomed three beautiful boys–Wesley, Lincoln, and Elliott–into their family. A fan of all things science fiction, comic book, and fantasy related, Derek is a true Ohio State Buckeyes fan and can often be found watching his team or playing video games.
A recent transplate to the mountains of East Tennessee from the West Coast beaches of Florida, Julie Barbour is one of the Executive Assistants for Lyons Den Solutions. A new wife and mom to 4 teenagers, when Julie is not working, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her blended family exploring the mountains. A fan of baseball, knitting and cooking, you can find her entertaining family and friends whenever she has the chance, cheering on her kids at different sporting events, or working on her latest DIY project.
Amy Phillips is the Senior Director of Business Development for Lyons Den Solutions, and has an extensive background in nonprofit management, event management, marketing, business development and revenue strategy, as well as advocacy and government relations. Amy attended the University of South Florida where she obtained her degree in Business Administration and Marketing and became a member of Co-Ed Business Fraternity Alpha Kappa Psi. Amy has volunteered and sat on boards for nonprofit organizations throughout her professional career, including PACE Center for Girls, and chaired many philanthropic events. Amy resides in Sarasota, Florida where she enjoys golfing, cooking new dishes while sipping a glass of wine and taking walks with her Yorkies, Sammie & Chanel.
Senior Director of Operations
Brittany Froid is the Senior Director of Operations at Lyons Den Solutions and has been with the company since 2016. Brittany attended Southeastern University (SEU) in Lakeland, Florida where she received her Master’s in Business Administration while working full time as SEU. Brittany lives in her hometown of St. Petersburg, Florida with her husband, Harrison, and her two daughters, Leah and Remington.
Kevin D. Lyons is a results driven senior association, marketing, information technology, healthcare education, and online community engagement executive, speaker, marketer, and software developer. Kevin has over 30 years of experience in successfully conceptualizing, implementing, and supporting cost effective, sophisticated, and measurable solutions. The last five years have been focused on nursing education and professional development, patient advocacy, fitness and wellness marketing and conversion strategies, and faith based events and communities.
Kevin is an early adopter and implementer of social media, social networking, and online community development in marketing, conversion, live event, membership, and brand positioning strategies.
Through his vertical specialties of healthcare education, business training and education, fitness and wellness, and cause based non-profits, he has helped launch 9 start-up companies and has consulted and coached many others. Throughout his career he has been responsible for the development and management of live events with more than 60,000 in attendance, operations exceeding $100 million in revenue, membership based communities with over 15,000 members, Facebook brands with more than 1 million likes, Twitter accounts with 80,000+ followers, online advertising budgets of $100k+, marketing databases with 10+ million contacts, CRM and web development projects exceeding $500k, and other complex multi-channel marketing and membership conversion tactics.
Kevin has served in the professional roles of CEO, President, Founder, Executive Director, Publisher, Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief Technology Officer.
